Introduction
“Kimia Danesh Alvand” is a cooperative and knowledge-based firm that integrates academic research with the industry sector in the field of livestock and poultry sciences to satisfy the demands of the country’s livestock and poultry sectors, resulting in the industry growing and developing in 2011. Members of this company are young and motivated professors and graduates of the University of Tehran and the Iranian Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering with sufficient knowledge and experience, as well as a deep bond to the industry, to achieve the stated goals. Initially, the company was successful in introducing and manufacturing a new generation of high quality protected fat powder under the brand Persiafat. It has since succeeded in producing a wide variety of fat powders to be used in animal, poultry, and aquatic feed. This complex is currently the country’s largest and most specialized manufacturer of fat powders and oils for livestock and poultry, aquatic animals, and pets.

Dr. Mehdi Dehghan Banadaki
- Bachelor’s degree from Isfahan University of Technology in the field of animal sciences, master’s degree (2nd place in the national entrance examination) and PHD from the University of Tehran in the field of ruminant nutrition (1st place)
